Returns & Exchanges
At Good Smile US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
